🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Laurel Skincare experience. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

💡 Please Read Before Requesting a Return:

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

✅ Returns – When Are They Accepted?

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

🚫 No Refunds in These Cases:

  • You changed your mind after the order shipped

  • You entered the wrong address

  • The product was used, opened, or not in original condition

  • The item arrived late due to customs or shipping delays

If you use your product consistently for 60 days and don’t see visible improvement, we offer a money-back guarantee. Simply email us at hello@laurelskincare.com with proof of use (before/after photos) and your order number — we’ll review and make it right.
